Some of the tables in the Water Pollution Control Regulation include microbiology parameters. The most important point to be considered during sampling is the use of sterile containers during sampling. The time to start analysis after sampling is short. Cold chain is also important during sample transportation.<\/p>\n<p>Regarding microbiology analysis, the reports of laboratories authorized by the Ministry of Environment and Urbanization are valid.
