If waste is generated in enterprises, the wastes generated must be removed by the operators in line with a specific plan. During this planning phase, waste analysis is one of the procedures to be carried out.<\/p>\n<p>Annex-3 analyzes are carried out within the scope of the Waste Management Regulation. Wastes with an asterisk in the waste code of the Annex-4 waste list of the Regulation, in the description column; Wastes marked with the letter A are considered hazardous, those with the letter M are considered potentially hazardous waste, and those without an asterisk are considered non-hazardous waste. An analysis is not required for those with an A, an Annex-3\/B waste analysis should be carried out for those with an M, and those without an asterisk are not required to be analyzed within the scope of this regulation. This analysis must be renewed every 5 years at the latest.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><div class=\"wpb_column vc_column_container\"><div class=\"vc_column-inner\"><div class=\"w-image style_shadow-1 align_center\"><div class=\"w-image-h\"><img decoding=\"async\" width=\"1000\" height=\"563\" src=\"https:\/\/www.aem.com.tr\/en\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/07\/Atik-Analizi-2.jpg\" class=\"attachment-full size-full\" alt=\"At\u0131k Analizi\" loading=\"lazy\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.aem.com.tr\/en\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/07\/Atik-Analizi-2.jpg 1000w, https:\/\/www.aem.com.tr\/en\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/07\/Atik-Analizi-2-300x169.jpg 300w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 1000px) 100vw, 1000px\" \/><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><div class=\"w-separator size_small\"><\/div><div class=\"wpb_text_column us_custom_432d3f53\"><div class=\"wpb_wrapper\"><p>Annex-3\/B analysis is performed only by T\u00dcB\u0130TAK MAM and Dokuz Eyl\u00fcl University Environmental Engineering laboratories in Turkey. These institutions perform analysis and reporting, and use laboratories authorized by the Ministry of Environment and Urbanization for sampling. AEM Laboratory is authorized to take samples in this regard.<\/p>\n<p>Within the scope of the Regulation on Landfilling of Wastes, waste analysis is also carried out in the tables of acceptance criteria (Annex-2) for landfilling of wastes. Wastes without an asterisk in the Waste Management Regulation, Annex-4 waste list are considered as non-hazardous waste and can be sent to landfill. Before going to landfill, waste characterization, i.e. waste analysis (Annex-2), is requested. As a result of the waste analysis conducted within this scope, it is decided whether the waste is inert, non-hazardous or hazardous. Landfill operations are carried out with the analysis report.<\/p>\n<p>Within the scope of environmental legislation, the reports of laboratories authorized by the Ministry of Environment, Urbanization and Climate Change regarding waste analysis are valid. Launched in 2019, MELBES collects waste analysis requests. MELBES assigns the requests to authorized laboratories. AEM Laboratory can be contacted for out-of-scope waste analysis for control purposes. If waste analysis is to be performed within the scope of environmental legislation, an application should be made to MELBES.<\/p>\n<p>AEM Laboratory is an institution authorized by the Ministry of Environment, Urbanization and Climate Change and accredited by T\u00fcrkak for waste analysis with its expert staff, technical facilities and quality service.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/section>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"Waste analysis is included in environmental legislation within the scope of Waste Management Regulation and Regulation on Landfilling of Wastes.
