Flow measurement is carried out in surface waters such as streams and rivers. In rivers; flow, velocity, depth and cross-section measurements are made. Separate equipment must be used for shallow and deep waters. Flow measurement services are usually provided for hydrological monitoring within the scope of public tenders.
AEM Laboratory can perform flow measurements in all types of streams and rivers with Teledyne RiverRAY ADCP and dwarf muline inventories. Acoustic doppler measurements are mostly performed in deep and wide rivers, while dwarf muline measurements are performed in narrow and shallow rivers.
