Health laboratory is the name given to laboratories authorized by the Ministry of Health. Generally, Public Health Laboratories are authorized in this regard.
In commercial swimming pools, there is an obligation to analyze the pool water sample in a certain period (once a month). The reports of Public Health Laboratories are valid for swimming pools. Previously, some private laboratories were also authorized by the Ministry of Health, but today private laboratories are not authorized.
Legionella analysis is carried out to detect legionella growth in areas such as hotels and gyms. It is an important type of analysis to prevent Legionnaires’ disease. Service is provided in the form of swab or direct water analysis.
AEM laboratory provides health laboratory services for control purposes under the titles of pool water analysis and legionella analysis. It also provides sampling and delivery services to the Public Health Laboratory for in-scope, authorized laboratory analyzes.
